Yes. We buy and trade Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece and more. Use our Trade-In portal for a quote, or bring your cards into the shop at 410 Third Street.
In-stock orders are processed within one business day. Standard Canada Post delivery takes 5 to 10 business days and express takes 2 to 5 business days. All delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Shipping is free on orders over $50, and local pickup in London is available the same day when the item is in stock.
Defective, damaged or misdescribed items can be returned within 2 business days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion within the same 2 business days, provided the item is in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Final-sale items and in-store purchases are excluded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Yes. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout and can be cancelled any time before the item ships. If a release is delayed more than 5 business days past the expected ship date, you can cancel for a refund.
