Gundam Card Game

Bandai's Gundam Card Game draws on more than four decades of Mobile Suit Gundam — Universal Century, SEED, 00, Iron-Blooded Orphans and the rest — so a single deck can put pilots and mobile suits from completely different series onto the same board.

It is a newer game, which is part of the appeal: the card pool is still small enough that a competitive deck is realistic without years of collecting behind you, and early sets have not yet been reprinted to death.

GD codes mark the main numbered booster sets. EX denotes an Extra Booster — a smaller supplementary set that sits alongside the main line. ST is a Starter Deck, and PB marks premium accessory sets.

Booster boxes are the standard sealed unit and the most economical way to open a set at volume.

Starter decks are preconstructed and playable straight out of the box. Two of them is a complete two-player game with nothing else needed, which makes them the sensible way to try the game.

Premium accessory sets bundle a playmat, storage box, card case, sleeves and exclusive cards around a particular series.
