Express Shipping: 2 - 5 business days

Local Pickup: Available for customers within London, Ontario. If the item is in stock, local pickup is available the same day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as carrier delays, weather, and public holidays.


Shipping Costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at 226-270-2571 within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and the damaged items. Contact us immediately at ea.collectibles.service@gmail.com with URGENT in the subject line and photos and a description of the damage.
