Refund and Return Policy

At EA Collectibles, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring that our return and refund policies align with the obligations under the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario). Below are the terms and conditions for returns and refunds:

Eligibility for Returns

Defective or Damaged Items If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 2**Β days** of receipt of the item.

Change of Mind Returns for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as a change of mind, are accepted at our discretion within 2**Β days** of receipt, provided the item:

Is in its original condition.

Includes all original packaging and accessories.

Is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Items marked as final sale.

Proof of Purchase

To process a return or refund, you must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be provided in line with this policy.

Shipping Costs

Returns due to defective or incorrect items will include reimbursement of standard shipping costs.

Returns for reasons unrelated to defects or errors will not include reimbursement for shipping fees.

Exceptions under the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario)

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario), customers have the right to cancel a purchase and request a refund under specific circumstances, such as:

Receiving goods or services that are not as described or promised.

Being subject to misleading or deceptive practices.

Cancelling a purchase made through direct sales, online agreements, or agreements made over the phone within the statutory cancellation period.

Pre-Orders and In-Store Policies

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders require full payment at the time of order placement.

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment of the item.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled after the specified timeframe, except in cases where the product is unavailable or delayed by more than 5 days of shipment.

In-Store Purchases

All sales in-store are final.

In-store purchases must be returned to the store location where they were bought.

Proof of purchase is required for all in-store returns and exchanges.
